Northgate Town Square has been designed to reflect the goals outlined in the City of San Rafael’s Climate Change Action Plan 2030.
- Recycled water will be utilized on all landscaping materials
- All residential units will also use recycled water through dual plumbing systems
- New residential buildings will be 100% electric
- Solar panels will be integrated into both the commercial and residential design, including the parking structure
- Electric vehicle charging stations will be provided in the residential parking structures and in the commercial parking areas
