Collaboration leads to
transformation

In concert with the community, we’ve worked extensively over the past two and a half years to shape this project. Through dozens of presentations and meetings with community stakeholders, this collaboration has led to various changes that include:

• Enlarging the town square amenity and progressing to Phase 1
• Incorporating townhomes to diversity the housing
• Increasing sustainability programs
• Expanding bicycles and pedestrian access
• Moving taller buildings away from the single-family neighborhood

Working together has ultimately created an improved and economically viable plan. As a result, Northgate Town Square represents a substantial investment to bring this center back to life as we continue to listen.
