In addition, we are thrilled that Century Theaters is committed to a major investment in Northgate Town Square, which will include a complete remodel of their theaters and the addition of an IMAX screen – the first in Marin. The revamped and expanded 65,000 square foot cinema complex will serve as a catalyst to the entire retail program.
