At the heart of Northgate Town Square is the concept of a “town square” itself, an open, inviting environment where residents and visitors can stroll and gather and enjoy a real sense of neighborhood. In coordination with community input, our town square now encompasses 57,000 sq. ft. of welcoming spaces.

Walkers, joggers, moms with strollers, kids with training wheels as well as serious cyclists will all love our expansive bicycle and pedestrian pathways. This multi modal network will give everyone from young families to seniors a safe way to get out and get moving – safely away from car traffic.
Green spaces
Pocket parks, outdoor areas, and green spaces are also integrated throughout Northgate. This includes a 9,000 sq. ft.
“cycle center” with a shipping container café/bar, and lounge seating areas with fire pits.
