Construction activities continue to advance as we move closer to bringing Northgate Town Square to life. We appreciate your continued patience and support as this important project progresses.
With interior demolition work now complete at the former Sears buildings, the next phase involves the full demolition of the existing structures. This is a significant milestone that will help prepare the site for the next stage of development.
Demolition is expected to take approximately 120 days to complete. Our team and contractors will make every effort to manage these impacts responsibly and keep disruptions to a minimum.
As a reminder, construction activity is limited to the following hours, per City of San Rafael guidelines:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: No construction permitted
